Data controller
Nathan Curassier, publisher of the website — nathancurassier@gmail.com.
Data collected
The contact form is the only place where personal data is collected. It gathers your name, email address and the content of your message. The IP address used to submit the form is processed temporarily to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and may be stored alongside the message.
No other data is collected when simply browsing the website: no analytics, no advertising trackers, no embedded social networks.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to your request. Processing is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention and hosting
Messages are stored on the publisher's personal server, located in France, and a copy is sent to the publisher by email. They are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted. No data is shared with third parties or transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is required. Your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never transmitted. A technical session cookie is used only for the administration area, reserved for the publisher.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to nathancurassier@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
